Ingredients

  • Oats powder 200gram


  • Chicken keema 300gram


  • Aata 2table spoon


  • Sugar 1tea spoon,salt to taste


  • Chopped green chili 2


  • Red chili powder 1 table spoon


  • Cumin powder,coriander powder,garam masla 1 table spoon each


  • Turmeric powder 1 table spoon


  • Chopped onion 1 large


  • Chopped ginger ,garlic 1table spoon


  • Tomato ketch up 2 table spoon

Directions

  • Mix oats ,salt,sugar,aata ,add water and make a dough as we make for rotis..keep it aside for 15 mnts ..
  • Marinate the chicken keema with rest of the ingredients for 15mnts ...add oil in a kadai and add the keema mixture cook until it becomes soft ...cover the lid and cook till oil separates...
  • Then take little balls from the dough and make it like small rotis ...add the keema mixture..seal the edge and .give a shape like toffees....you can give whatever shape you may like...
  • Pre heat a kadai with salt ..keep a stand over the salt.put a plate over it..brush little oil over the toffees...put the toffees on that plate ..low the flame..cover it with a lid for 40 mnts ...open and serve hot..
